2.INSURANCE
The company’s cars are insured under a compulsory OSAGO and CASCO policy with an unconditional deductible.
“Franchise” is the amount of liability of the renter, within which he is liable to the company in the event of damage (theft) of the rented car.
If the car is returned earlier than the period established by the Rental Agreement, the Client will be recalculated for the use of the car in accordance with the current tariffs. When extending a car rental, the cost is recalculated according to the tariffs
3.DEPOSIT
The deposit amount for a car depends on the class of the selected car. The deposit amount is paid in cash and by non-cash payment.
Returned after returning the car and fulfilling all the Terms and Conditions of the Car Rental Agreement.
4.RETURN OF THE CAR
The minimum two-day rate entitles you to use the car for 24 hours.
Important
Entry to paid parking lots at train stations and airports during the collection and return of the car is paid by the client according to the established tariffs.
The car is transferred according to the car acceptance certificate.
5.RENT TERMS
In accordance with the rules of car rental, the beginning of the contract term is considered to be the moment of actual signing of the acceptance certificate. The car must be returned by the same time on the agreed day.
If the car is delayed for 3 hours or more, you will need to pay an additional day of rent. In accordance with the agreement, for each day of delay without notifying the lessor, double payment will be charged.
6.REQUIREMENTS FOR THE TENANT AND NECESSARY DOCUMENTS
- According to the rental terms, the car can be provided to drivers of the following categories:
- aged 23 years or older,
- Individuals are required to submit a minimum of documents to enter into an agreement:
- passport;
- driver’s license;
7.REFUELING
The car is provided to the renter with a full fuel tank. It must be returned in the same condition. If, when returning the vehicle, the tank is empty or only partially filled, the lessee is obliged under the contract to reimburse the cost of the missing fuel.
8.WASH
We monitor not only the technical condition, but also the appearance of our cars. They are provided and returned clean. If a contaminated vehicle is returned, the lessee will be required to pay for its washing at our rates. According to the terms of car rental, we may refuse to accept you if contamination interferes with external inspection.
9. TERRITORY OF OPERATION
Under the terms of the car rental agreement, you can move freely in it throughout the territory of Georgia without restrictions on km.
Traveling outside Georgia is strictly prohibited.
